The series features 3 ghost-hunting sisters, and 3 haunted Canadian locations, all of which are based on real-life hauntings in and around Toronto.
Book 1 introduces us to Edwina, Susannah and Adelaide Darke. The sisters are paranormal investigators with an edge…Adelaide can communicate with the dead. Edwina, a true sceptic, doesn’t always see eye to eye with her younger siblings, and is determined to capture as many anomalies as she can.
They receive an urgent plea from a B&B owner in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. Simon Teal doesn’t believe in ghosts, but he can’t explain what is driving his customers away.
Despite the fact that neither of them are looking for love, Edwina and Simon find romance. But something evil lingers in the shadows at the B&B, and it will force the Darke sisters and Simon to face their own demons as well.
