My short story “Al Dente” is now a freebie!

Friends, I have freebie news for you!
My publisher, Totally Bound Publishing, has agreed to republish a short story that I used to have available in an anthology with another publisher. The story is called “Al Dente,” and it is available for free exclusively at Totally Bound’s site. You can find it here: https://www.totallybound.com/book/al-dente-free-read

Please note: the plot itself hasn’t changed, although I made one or two small updates to the material because the original story was written a few years ago. So, if you previously purchased “Al Dente” as part of the Craving One Night anthology, there is no need to download the new version.
However, if you haven’t read my work before, this is a great way to get acquainted with my writing!
What’s the story about? It’s a one-night-stand romance, featuring a food blogger and a famous Italian TV chef.

Blurb:

When Lily enters a contest to win a private couple’s cooking class with a famed Italian chef, she has no idea her boyfriend is about to become her ex-boyfriend. Upon winning the contest, Lily decides to attend on her own. After all, an evening with sexy Chef Matteo is too good to pass up. And there’s nothing wrong with a bit of harmless flirting over Champagne and zabaglione.
Stressed out by cookbook deadlines and living out of a suitcase, Matteo is feeling lost and alone. When Lily walks into his kitchen, something changes. His evening with her renews his passions, in more ways than one.
The heat in the kitchen leads to a scorching one-night stand. But when morning comes, will Lily and Matteo still feel the flames?

I hope you enjoy “Al Dente!”

When your release week leads to a mention on Oprah Daily!

It seems like a dream, even as I write the words.

However, despite how much I keep pinching myself, I remain in this wonderful dream state.

My new release, A Reluctant Attraction, Handymen 3, received a lovely mention at Oprah Daily! When McKenzie Jean-Philippe, Editorial Assistant at Oprah Daily, tweeted out the info yesterday, I couldn’t believe it. Thanks so much to McKenzie Jean-Philippe and Oprah Daily!

A Reluctant Attraction, Handymen 3, release day!

It’s release day, friends! A Reluctant Attraction, Handymen 3, is now live!

I come to this release day with a lot of excitement, but it also feels bittersweet. This story is the final romance in my Handymen series, a series I’ve been living with for several years now. I really hope readers will respond to it, and that they will enjoy Nick and Claire’s romance. The reviews have been awesome so far!

Blurb:

Contractor and Handymen host Nick Zorn needs a change. He’s been feeling listless, and when his ex-girlfriend embarrasses him in a viral post by sharing private details of their sex life, he’s downright ready to escape. When an opportunity to reinvent his career arises, Nick takes it, even though it might mean the end of Handymen. However, the team has one more project to tackle together first—a struggling cat sanctuary in dire need of renovation.

When Nick arrives at the shelter and meets its owner, a lovely widow named Claire, his life is once more thrown into disarray. Neither of them is looking for a relationship, but the attraction is fierce. As he helps Claire fix her workplace, he realizes he wants to help her in other ways too. Their flirtation sizzles, flaring into a friends-with-benefits arrangement.

But the more time they spend together, the more reluctant these ‘friends’ become to fight their deepening connection, even though they know their inevitable break will devastate them…

Reader advisory: This book contains scenes of cyberbullying and harrassment, mentions of animal hoarding, bereavement and mourning. There are also references to male impotence  and erectile dysfunction.

If you are inclined, please feel free to leave a review or a rating at your favourite vendor site, or at Bookbub or Goodreads! Your thoughts are vey much appreciated.
